Mum of six, Kate Ball initially started Mini First Aid in 2014 from her kitchen table in Leeds, offering high quality baby & child first aid classes to parents and carers. Demand grew and Kate saw the potential for growth, so she started franchising the business in 2015. In 2021, BBC Dragon’s Den star Sara Davies, also saw the huge potential in Mini First Aid and she came on board as an investor and adviser. Mini First Aid is now a multi-award-winning organisation and has almost 70 franchises nationwide.
Mini First Aid is expanding as our demand for classes continues to grow.
Mini First Aid are looking for dynamic confident individuals who would like to work with all ages and feel passionately about teaching first aid.

Jamie has first hand experience in dealing with medical emergencies as a experienced workplace first aider and emergency responder as a retained firefighter. Jamie understands the importance of having basic first aid skills to deal with an emergency, as well as the confidence to use them should the situation arise. Jami e enjoys teaching and training people having worked as a Emergency Medical Technician and is keen to share his knowledge and skills in an informal, informative and enjoyable class.
