First Mini Podcast: Meet the Trainer series We are so excited to introduce the first in our series of Mini First Aid podcasts! Our first ‘Meet the Trainer’ series takes you behind the scenes at Mini First Aid. We are extremely lucky to have a talented and dedicated team of trainers who currently train around 1000 adults and children a week in basic and lifesaving first aid. So we thought it was about time you heard some of their personal stories and their motivations for becoming a Mini First Aid trainer. Meet Joe Ellis Gage who runs Mini First Aid Norfolk. Joe is our first male trainer and is no stranger to first aid, with 3 young children of his own. Having worked for nearly 10 years as a Paediatric Nurse in various hospitals; Joe has considerable experience of working with children and families.
