Most of us have had some experience of being ill at some point on holiday but it is often much more stressful when our little ones are poorly. We don’t have our usual doctor or pharmacist up the road or at the end of the phone. Added to that, if you’re visiting a country where you don’t speak the language, it can be daunting trying to find out how to contact your local doctor or hospital.
So we thought we’d give you a helping hand with a few useful phrases in French, Spanish and Italian (sorry if we’re not covering your desired language!) should you need to contact a doctor or hospital whilst on holiday. We’re not being all doom and gloom – just giving you one less thing to worry about!
You can either print off your translation or save it onto your phone. Now that you have one less thing to worry about, you can crack on with stocking up on suncream and finding those passports which you’ve hidden in that ‘safe place’!
