Mini First Aid has been awarded Gold for Best Pregnancy Product at the Mother&Baby Awards 2026, becoming the only non-physical product to win in this category. The award recognises Mini First Aid’s Baby & Child First Aid class, celebrating its impact, quality, and real-life value for expectant parents across the UK.
The award was announced at the Mother&Baby Awards ceremony in London on Thursday 27th November 2025, following a rigorous judging process involving real families. Unlike traditional awards based on product submissions alone, Mini First Aid’s classes were mystery shopped by ten independent family testers, whose feedback directly led to the Gold win. Competing against well-known physical pregnancy products, Mini First Aid was the sole service-based entry in the category.
The decision to enter came after the company identified a gap in industry recognition for services rather than products. By working closely with the Mother&Baby Awards team, Mini First Aid successfully positioned its class as an essential “must-have” for expectant parents - not something to put in a changing bag, but something every parent should know.
Speaking after the win, Kate Ball, founder of Mini First Aid, said:
“This award means so much because it’s based on real families, real experiences, and real classes. We’ve always known the power of what our trainers deliver every day, but to see that recognised at this level - especially in a category traditionally dominated by physical products - is incredibly special. This Gold award belongs to our entire network, who continue to show up with passion, expertise, and heart.”
Mini First Aid delivers award-winning baby, child, and adult first aid training through a nationwide network of local trainers, supporting families, workplaces, and communities with practical, confidence-building skills.
The Mother&Baby Awards are among the most trusted parenting awards in the UK, known for their independent testing process and family-led judging. Mini First Aid’s Gold win places its Baby & Child First Aid class alongside some of the most recognised pregnancy essentials in the country - reinforcing the importance of life-saving knowledge as a vital part of every parent’s toolkit.
